Do not eat for at least 2 hours prior to the wrap.
Do not wear lotion the day of the wrap.
For better inch loss, do not take any product with Ephedrine for a few
days before the wrap.
Do not take allergy medicines the day of the wrap unless they are
necessary for your well-being (If it will affect your health adversely, then
absolutely take the allergy medicine).
Do drink water and liquids. Just remember you won't be able to use the
restroom for 1 1/2 hours.
Do plan to wear either a two-piece swim suit (non-slik) or panties
(cotton) and bra (wireless) during the wrap.
Men, please plan to wear swimming trunks.
Have dry undergarments to wear afterwards.
For your comfort and sanitary reasons, please do not schedule a wrap
appointment during your menstrual cycle.
Please be on time for your appointment. You can come in early if you
like to fill out paperwork.
Please let us know well in advance if you are not able to make your
appointment, for we need to prepare the solution 30 minutes ahead of
your appointment.
